- Our Return & Exchange Policy is applicable for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after the delivery of the product(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or an exchange.
- To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the packaging tags intact.
- You can apply for an exchange if the product received is defective/damaged or if you have received the wrong size of a product.
- Exchange is applicable only once per order.
The procedure for an exchange is as follows :
- You can place an exchange request directly on our website by clicking Returns and Exchanges and filling in the required information.
- Once your request for exchange is confirmed by our Support Team, we will initiate a reverse pickup request for your order.
- Our delivery executive will come and collect the package. Please make sure the products are packed safely so that there is no damage in transit.
- Once the product reaches us, it will go through a quality check and subsequently, the new product will be shipped to you.
- If a product goes out of stock, the product value will be refunded to your bank account.
- We do not accept returns at the moment. Only exchanges are applicable.
- Returns or exchanges are not applicable on international orders.
- No returns or exchanges are applicable on the Totes, Notebooks, Photocards & Bundles.
- Cancellation of order will incur a fee of Rs.100. You can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped.
